In a commendable initiative to recognize the contributions of farmers in the development of agriculture and allied sectors in the district of Ernakulam, the Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Ernakulam honored farmers who have actively participated and achieved goals in the Government of India’s Doubling Farmer Income initiative. This recognition acknowledges the hard work and dedication of the partner farmers, motivating them to continue their efforts towards enhancing farm income and promoting sustainable agricultural practices in the region. As a token of appreciation, certificates were distributed to these farmers on 12th June 2024 .

At a felicitation program held on 12th June 2024 in Karumaloor, members of the Pearlspot Fish Breeder Association were honored for their significant role in enhancing farm income. Certificates were presented to these farmers, highlighting their contributions. The felicitation was conducted by Dr. P.A. Vikas, Subject Matter Specialist of KVK Ernakulam.
