The KVK jointly with Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA) conducted training on “Water conservation in horticultural crops and rain shelter cultivation” on 1st July 2022 at Service Cooperative Bank Auditorium, Neericode. The Subject Matter Specialist (Horticulture) Shri Shoji Joy Edison handled the technical session. The program created awareness of the importance of water conservation and water security issues among farmers. The participants were urged to join “Jal Shakthi Abhiyaan”, the Nationwide campaign on water conservation being implemented by the Government of India.
