ACHIEVEMENTS

1. Established Satellite Production Centres (SPCs) for poultry chicks production in
   partnership with farmers.
2. Developed Quality Flat bottomed hi tech cages for poultry with waste collection facility and hydroponic fodder production unit for distribution to farmers.
3. Introduced Formulated Poultry Feed under the KVK brand for farmers in Ernakulam district.
4. Registered Self help group for goat farmers in Vypeen, Ernakulam district, Kerala.
5. Popularized Indigenous Poultry Breeds Kadaknath and Thalassery and supplied quality chicks in homesteads of Ernakulam district.
