The compilation of Ernakulam KVK entitled ICAR-Krishi Vigyan Kendra (Ernakulam), CMFRI: Technologies disseminated during 2011-2023-A compilation illustrated through Newspaper clippings was released byDr.Himanshu Pathak, Secretary, Dept. of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE) & Director General, Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) at Ernakulam on 11th October 2023. This is a compilation of all the technologies disseminated in Ernakulam district by the KVK during the period 2011-23. The impacts of technologies are also summarized. The compilation is illustrated through Newspaper clippings as this KVK has been using News papers as major extension tool towards disseminating various technologies to larger masses. News papers have considerable impact among common man in Ernakulam district. This district is the first fully literate district in the country declared way back in 1990.
